Why do our moods change when we feel happy, sad, depressed, insecure…?
Because we feel life has too much burden of responsibility. We are always in a state of comparison, competition. It’s easy to get caught up in the mind game of expectations, assumptions, discriminations, and being influenced by external factors. When we don’t live up to our expectations, we gradually lose connection with everyone and everything around us. At that time, we feel confused, bewildered and deeply immersed in the victim’s mind, pulling each other in the vortex of deep karma.
Ask yourself why are you upset?
Because: mom doesn’t love, husband doesn’t love, co-workers like this, neighbors like that, you complain and complain, you label others and limit yourself… This is a lie, excuses, the escape by becoming a victim, your inner condition forms. Because of society, because of family, we are like this. If I had worked in a better place, I would have grown and done more than this….
Is it really so?
The ultimate truth is that if you have a problem, it’s not because of any external factor but because something inside you hasn’t been discerned. If you want to change your life, you must learn to work with your own mind! You are your own teacher, the scientist who discovers your life.

How to call your own Scientist?
Scientist is when we understand all the processes of the mind, understand that the root of suffering is that there are conditions within us. We need to learn to break the conditions, expectations, and assumptions that keep us going against the flow.
The conditions are the unconscious. Unconsciousness is when we complain, complain constantly, instead of getting to the root of the problem.
How to break the unconscious?
Don’t whine and don’t miss any opportunity to explore all the roots, and master your mind with deep awareness.
Allow everything to happen as it is. The same space and situation, but each person feels different because each person’s condition is different. Different tolerance, different receptivity.
Being awake means knowing who you are. The conscious region of the mind is very small. The unconscious is as vast as the ocean. We practice transformation which means exploring the ocean, purifying the unconscious, and becoming awake!
Be ready to uncover the root of the problem, learn from it, and proactively find solutions to create the reality you want!
