When a Leader Is an “Awakened Child”
Last Sunday morning, the auditorium of Van Lang University was warmer and more vibrant than ever — as Master Oneness returned for the second time to 200 students of the Faculty of Business Administration.
On his second visit, Master Oneness brought a completely fresh energy with the theme: “Leadership that Creates Lasting Value”. Far from dry management theory, the auditorium truly came alive when Master broke the ice with lively, spontaneous dancing.
From tentative glances at first, each ego slowly shed its shell — students and teacher moving together, dissolving every distance between them.

3 “Golden Keys” to a New Leadership Mindset
We often think pressure comes from responsibility — but in truth, it comes from the fear of judgment and the need to be accepted. A sustainable leader is one who preserves the innocence of an “awakened child”: seeing everything with clear, unbiased eyes, and from that place, connecting deeply and genuinely with their team.
Leading oneself means learning to embrace pain rather than deny it. Pain is the “dark zone” essential for growth. Just as a mother must pass through labour to bring new life into the world, a leader passes through pain to cultivate compassion and resilience.
“Don’t run away — do the thing you fear 10 times and simply observe.” Master shared the personal story of once sleeping in a cemetery to confront and dissolve fear through objective awareness. When awareness grows large enough, fear dissolves on its own.
Master Oneness responded with a distinction that many in the room had never considered before:
The session ended 30 minutes later than scheduled, to a wave of warm applause. Young hearts had been ignited — not just to become great CEOs, but to become awakened and truly happy human beings.
