Don't Add Fuel To The Fire:
Melting Away The Old Ego
Silent Meditation Journey K23 with Master Oneness · Dong Nai
Be your own master. We are here not to expect or control, but to respond and purify karma. Once you are ready to melt, the universe will always be by your side.
Recognizing Impermanence
In every meditation practice, the first lesson is to recognize clearly: body, mind, and emotions are all temporary. They come and go, and meditation teaches us how to observe objectively with alert mindfulness. Having a body is not something extraordinary—animals have bodies too; having emotions is not inherently grand. The difference lies in the wisdom of how we process them. Don't let yourself get stuck in the voices of "I'm so tired" or "I'm so scared," but learn to navigate the mind, rising above fears to transform them into higher capacities.
Absolutely Do Not Add Fuel To The Fire
Our body and mind carry karma from ourselves, our families, and many past lives. Worries, insecurities, lack, or limiting beliefs are all part of that karma. Meditation is the moment we close the door on the opportunity for karma to repeat. We strive to transform:
"Don't add fuel to the fire"
When you see the body reacting — simply observe,
without attachment, watch it and let it go.
All transformation will happen naturally — just as a seed meeting soil, water, and fire will become a tree.
Living An Effortless Life
Imagine an architect who has mastered the house blueprints; if we understand the laws of nature, we will live an effortless life. Meditation is not a belief system, but a re-education of ourselves regarding the essence of life. Without "updating" this knowledge, our minds remain full of illusions and driven by karma.
Don't spend many lifetimes struggling simply because you fail to recognize the truth.
We are not here to expect or control. Everything happens according to the law of cause and effect, not according to our ego. When this is understood—deep peace and the power of manifestation truly emerge.
Gratitude Is The Key
Whenever you feel pain or discomfort, say "Thank you" — because you are in the flow of upgrading. Gratitude is the key that unlocks relaxation. Look at the big picture: If the sun disappeared for 6 months or nature stopped providing free oxygen, how much would we struggle?
When you see this greatness, all illusions of complaining will vanish. Envy and hatred only weaken our cells. Wash away negative energy with gratitude, seeing your own blessings to eliminate competition and exhaustion.
The State of Samadhi
The state of "Samadhi" in meditation is like an upgraded phone: all software bugs are resolved, and the system is refreshed and more powerful. After meditation, facial muscles relax, and we connect with others easily because karma has been purified.
Meditation helps us save significant energy by closing leaking senses and escaping internal polarization and judgment.
Don't be like one who reads a hundred books on swimming but never dares to enter the pool. Leap into the process.
Facing Impermanence With A Smile
Being a master isn't about having power over others, but having the ability to navigate oneself harmoniously and share blessings with all beings. Remember that this breath and body are not our property, so do not attach to or avoid anything.
Success and failure, wealth and poverty, power—these are but children's sandcastles, coming and going. With high awareness, we know how to turn pain into noble purpose.
Seeds of Awakening
The K23 journey concludes with touching reflections from Hoang Hac Gia Trang
I feel like I received 20 years of the Master's meditation experience in just 3 days. A journey from a sea sponge to a dewdrop on a lotus—objective observation is everything.
Whenever it felt blurry, I saw more clearly. The imagery of rocks, sand, and still water stays in my heart. Three days here are as valuable as ten days of Vipassana. When you are ready, the universe supports you.
Many times I wanted to give up, but I stood back up. Grateful for being given the space to experience and conquer myself.
Torn about a new job but still chose to step into this journey with joy and trust. Suffering is impermanent, pain is impermanent — everything shall pass.
I felt everything deep inside rising up to be purified. The Master's message touched my heart directly.
Working in human development and having read many books—this is the first time I actually jumped into the pool. Deep contemplation and everything else was wonderful.
Feeling the value of stillness and the desire to break through defense mechanisms to purify deep karma.
A Little Every Day
Be proud because you haven't given up over the past 3 days. To transform from "fragile" to "harmonious unity," maintain regular meditation:
Sleep with deep gratitude and wake up with a fresh mind. Don't forget to dedicate time to service to purify insecurity and train the brain. You are the light — when you understand the big picture and are ready to melt, life becomes a festival of joy and healing.
To all those on this journey
Thank you Universe for this breath, completely free. Thank you Nature for this body, completely free. All pain and hurt — thank you for they help us become our own masters. Sending many blessings to all of nature, all animals, and to everyone.
May all practice efforts bring blessings. May you connect with the teacher within. May you move toward the light, one breath at a time. When you are ready, the universe is always here for you.
Be your own master.
I am here to transform.
I am ready to melt myself.
