The story of the King Saudi Arabia won’t have 1001 episode
… If he knows TransformingArt technique.
Once upon a time, in the story “One Thousand and One Nights”, the king was only cheated for one night, but it took more than 3 years for the Sheherrazade to tell the story to save the whole Kingdom. That said, humans are fragile and weak even for a powerful king.
But today…
No need to wait 1001 nights to change your life!
No need to wait for a wise wife to appear to lead you to the right path!
There is no need to lie down and listen to a lullaby dharma talk without realizing anything!
Save time, paper, pen and ink as well as save your electricity and water.
You just need to allow yourself a chance to practice, surrender to receive the “gift” of the combination of “dynamism and tranquility” or in other words, the combination of “spontaneity and awareness”.
In the dynamism of singing and dancing freely you “raise yourself” from all the deadlocks of life to enter the world of endless creativity and when you create, you are practicing “Love yourself”. “Love yourself” in a conscious way, not for mere entertainment.
If you know how to reflect, bring the pure “peace” of the breath into every song and dance, you become more profound in every movement and sound emanating from your beloved body. From there, recognize the inner language that is naturally changing (transforming). Immediately, your body’s energy state is “released” and received with freshness.
Drawing is another way to relax your mind, but don’t draw just for the sake of it.
Relaxation should be the first “sympathy” for you to touch your inner self through the expression of colors. Then, focus on observing everything that happens while you are drawing, each shallow/deep breath in and out, the state of your interaction with the tool, each stroke movement, the color transitions, and the mind. Does your situation change (transform) when entering this “art flow”?
Is the “Arab king” crying because of hurt?!
Are all repressions and resentments coming out?!
Did something open up?!
Is transparency making a comeback?!
Are you feeling better?!
Only fragility can cure fragility.
Art is a fragile “thread”.
The art of transformation is when we sew the “threads” together, we feel balanced from within. This insight makes us clearly see our “self-worth” and confidently follow the path we have chosen.
