Do you know that the body is a sacred temple that needs nourishment and love?
The body is the creation of the Universe. Therefore, if you nourish, love, and accept your body, it means that you are walking on the path of transformation and discovering your true nature.
Yoga, for example, was designed to help us understand and become friends with our bodies. A wonderful example is when Yogi Sadhguru discusses the remarkable power of the spine and how Yoga activities can help us improve clarity and even wisdom. From here we can see the way we cultivate the strength of our body as a part of the journey to live life to the fullest.
“Body, mind, and spirit all pointing towards one direction called alignment. And your awareness will lead to a connection with body, mind, spirit and align in a powerful life force.”
Master Ojas Oneness.
Understanding this mechanism, we will feel one with every existence, remove the feeling of loneliness, loss and go deeper into the spiritual journey. Therefore, for those who value the mind and spirit but do not nourish and take care of the body, that person will not achieve total alignment between body, mind, and spirit.
How often do you observe your body?
Ask yourself:
Have you ever been meditating and your head tilted back/slanted to one side?
Or have you ever noticed, every time you dance freely and spontaneously, you tend to move the numb areas of your body?
It is our body that is working on its own to dissolve the blocked energy sources on those parts. It is also a sign for us to adjust our posture, diet, living, and self-care regimen.
A way to take care of your body is to be vegan/vegetarian.
Because animal meat contains low vibration of fear, resentment and these frequencies can cause disease in your body. If you think that a vegan/vegetarian diet will not have enough nutrients, those are the unconscious conditions of the mind. Our body only needs the necessary nutrients to function effectively and these ingredients are fully found in tubers, fruits, or nuts such as peanuts, walnuts, etc. Master Ojas Oneness has been living as the proof for the vegetarian journey since the age of 16. So, you could learn more nutritious vegetarian dishes such as at Heal & Celeb vegetarian garden with instructions for making extremely delicious and simple vegetarian dishes. In addition, you can do fasting for one day, two days, or three days, to purify the body.
Because when we treat our body like a sacred temple, we can better comprehend ourselves and live a meaningful life.
By becoming friends and talking to the body, we will better know what our body needs, helping the body become healthy and energized.
