An animal doesn’t have self-awareness, they don’t have self-awareness or self-evaluate, and can’t reflect reality as it is, that’s the only reason animal life doesn’t have transformations. Their life may change a little bit according to the weather and nature. Animals are survival beings. Animals only Need food and a place to live.

So as a human, you have more possibilities & freedom than an animal. But there are animal qualities inside you that will hold you back from realizing the best version of yourself and prevent unfolding your potential to the fullest.

When you have self-awareness, you will not entertain your victim consciousness or spoiling habits. You will make self-discipline for yourself and keep your body, mind, and spirit healthy. This is what many people do not learn from schools and universities.
Your schools, colleges, universities or even your home will never give you a chance to practice to improve your awareness, all that they train you to improve your materialistic knowledge and competition, and performance. That’s why Almost every house has some mental health issues, depression, stress, anger, and behavioral management problem.
