What happening in your mind is not real.
Only your awareness is able to distinguish a thin line between reality and assumptions.
Conflicts, stress, the state of being a victim happen just because of some unrealistic things that are happening in your mind, especially your assumptions.
An average person wastes lots of time only with his/her assumptions and wonderings.
Assumptions are useless
Guessing, predicting, and assuming, all look the same but not the same.
Guessing is okay because you are giving freedom to your thoughts.
Predicting is also okay as it is based on some realities, you are trying to connect the dots.
But assumptions happen totally from personalization. Assumptions happen from your conditioning and habit. From your expectations and wants. So aware of your assumptions. It creates mental toxicity and damages your mental health.
The persons who are more in assumptions, fall into more hallucinations, and delusions.
Assumptions, hallucinations, and delusions are time suckers. Until a person can cultivate his profound awareness, he/she can’t come out of these mental habits or conditions.


Awareness and reasoning mind look similar, but they are not the same. The reasoning mind is related to your logical mind and reasoning works more in the personal level.
But awareness allows connecting the universal realities. When you see yourself objectively and at the same time seeing everything as it is, you will have the next-level ability that helps to master even your logical & reasoning mind.
That’s why when you have an awareness of cosmic laws and your own mental habits, you can distinguish clearly a thin line between all of your mental spectrums.
Only through pure awareness, you can have an abundance of mental health. Mental health is truly wealth.
Cultivating pure self-awareness is one of the beautiful and mature processes every person needs to do in order to gain mental clarity and health.
Practicing meditation on daily basis will help you to cultivate awareness.
Meditation means being an objective observer.
Observe everything without any personalization or wanting. If you can tune beyond your body and mind in a totally objective manner you will start to cultivate your awareness.
Once you become aware, you will master your mind and your mental health will be in your control.
Say “No” to your assumptions
So, say “No” to your assumptions and practice to cultivate your awareness and enjoy mental health in the precious life.
Everything exists on the earth for a reason,
If you don’t appreciate life as it is, it’s not worth trying hard to earn money or fame.
Enjoy the breath, your relationship, and connection, and live the life like a child with an open heart and open mind. Laugh, thrive, and share your blessings! That makes your life beautiful!
