“Like a tree being nourished from a seed, our awareness is nourished by observation”
Master Ojas Oneness.
Another new moon season has come when we can sit together again, practice transformation and reflect life’s messages!
If a person falls into a state of sadness, pain, stress, depression, he or she may think that it is due to circumstances, difficult situations from family or work…. However, the problems all come from the mind. That person doesn’t have the right awareness about himself and the laws of the universe.
With the right awareness, we will know how to let go and accept things as it is. Then, that will support the growth we want to lead.
The universe has given us an abundance from the beauty of nature to the diverse life experiences that are waiting for us to discover. We need to clear away the clouds of our minds holding our hectic schedule and stress. By doing so, we can truly discover these beauties.
This month’s full moon meditation on Vietnamese Women’s Day is also a special time to remind us of the importance of feminine energy. Also, the power of the moon will aid the process of cultivating wisdom and balancing our inner spiritual energy as we find inner stillness through Meditation.
Master Ojas Oneness gave us detailed and specific instructions on how to meditate. Even those who are new to meditation may find it simple to apply.
How beneficial is the practice of meditation?
Specifically, when we focus on the breath, we will no longer fall into distractions or over-analyze. We will change an instinctive, automatic, mechanical response to a more subtle and conscious state.
The practice of meditation helps you break down the patterns of unnecessary thoughts and raise your vibration. Then, transitioning from the unconscious state to the conscious one, from the insufficiency to fulfilment. The practice of meditation allows you to become a thorough listener. It helps you connect with the nature around you, develops compassion for people and animals, and allows you to become friends with others.
The practice of meditation allows us to experience the divine energy within us, to increase our self-acceptance and compassion. Therefore, we can have the confidence to connect with the world around us.
Do you understand Meditation correctly?
You may find the practice of meditation boring because you are so used to entertainment. But if you truly surrender to the practice, you will get a lot of benefits while releasing the stress and burdens that are common in life. As a result, you will become more peaceful.
Perhaps you think meditation practice is only for old people or monks but it is not. Practicing meditation is necessary for everyone to improve their integrity and to live a life without fear and regrets!
Practicing meditation is also a way for us to receive guidance from our Higher Self
Starting with a determined affirmation and making a commitment to yourself:
“I am grateful for the body I have, I am grateful for my family, and the work I do.
In the end, life is impermanent and temporary. For the whole time of my life, I have completely lived with compassion, integrity and wholeheartedness!
I will let go of all the feelings and thoughts that no longer serve me.
I am ready to expand to nourish my soul and upgrade my consciousness!
I’m ready to live life to the fullest!
I welcome all difficulties and challenges to make me stronger!
I’m grateful for both good and bad things that happen to my life, both light and darkness that I’ve been through!
Pray for all humans and all species to live in harmony and peace!
Send blessings and thank you all!”
The meditation session was conducted successfully with a positive and real connection. After that, Master Ojas posed a prompting question:
“During Covid, we have learned about impermanence, right? Why don’t we take this chance to live a fulfilling life?”
