The greatest difference meditation brings is the ability to hold the inner steering wheel.
Instead of reacting instantly with irritation or anger when something feels wrong, meditation creates a small pause — a space where you can choose how to respond.
You are no longer a victim of emotion. You become a conscious decision-maker.
You choose:
Patience instead of impatience
Compassion instead of defensiveness
Openness instead of rigidity
Only when there is enough stillness do we have the strength to make choices that truly serve our lives.
