- The stereotypes, standards of the society you live in, of the culture you are inheriting are surrounding you in comparisons and judgments.
- But most of all are invisible fears, limiting beliefs that go on inside your mind. They are formed from memory, forming deep patterns, dragging you around in doubt, procrastination, confusion, and deadlock. These things inhibit action and cause us to stagnate within our narrow comfort zone.
How is it possible to break free from these constraints?
- Improve self-awareness and purify traumatic memories through meditation practice.
- Allow yourself to experience art activities to learn to express and discover your inner depths.
Remember: free energy is always available within each person, only it is prevented by the conditions of the mind. What we need to do is allow this flow to flow through spontaneity and observe ourselves more in the process.
Even when people are practically imprisoned in the physical life, they can still experience the true state of freedom within their souls, they can still enjoy every moment of life.
