Physical reality is created by human knowledge. If something comes out of human knowledge it may represent as physical.
Spiritual reality is the source of all physical realities.
For example whatever humans created everything came from the 5 elements. Water, fire, earth, wind, space, our 5 elements represent spirituality. Even our human body consists of these 5 elements. Our existence is spiritual reality and our daily survival is physical reality.
Don’t rush yourself by being occupied with physical realities but experience the spiritual realities instead. Eventually everything will simplify in your life.
Physical reality can easily drag us into endless races of societal pressures and pointless competition. Take the time to dig deeper, find out what’s going on in your mind, understand the root of all emotions! Then you will maintain inner peace and always see the world through fresh eyes!
Practicing spontaneous art and meditation is a way for us to experience spiritual reality, increase awareness and unleash the creative flow within you!
Now, we would love to hear from you – comment here on the art or meditation activity you would like to practice.
Don’t forget to share this lesson with those who are caught up in the concerns of physical realities.
