How can I maintain my energy flow and awareness when touching someone else’s comfort zone or ego?

This is a very important observation. When your practice touches someone’s comfort zone, blind zone, or ego zone, their energy can resist and if you react, your own flow gets interrupted.
In such moments, the practice is not about changing them, but about staying rooted in awareness. Your role is to witness the collision without absorbing it.
Let their reaction be their practice, and your response be your practice."
🧠 THE COMPASSION
At the same time, be mindful not to touch someone’s ego or comfort zone unnecessarily. When we are mindful, people feel safe in our presence. When they feel safe, they don’t resist or create friction, and the energy can flow more harmoniously.
If you meet resistance with resistance, both sides lose nourishment. If you meet resistance with presence and compassion, the flow remains unbroken within you. That is how your practice becomes unconditional.
