Integrity has always been here, from the bottom of this heart, from a long time ago in all the time and space you have.
You used your time to show your integrity or hide them, nothing is right or wrong. Don’t believe what the world says, don’t believe what people force you to distinguish, because it only makes you stuck in your thoughts, trying to prove or letting go of a lie.
Believe in the depths of your heart where the chastity of integrity is kept, break the lock and bring integrity to the face of the earth.
Where people commit to what they swear, to what they work with their best, with their best, as naturally as a river flowing into the Ocean.
The river doesn’t try to prove to anyone and doesn’t force itself to do anything, the river just flows gently with a steady rhythm, looks dull but suddenly one day with deep patience from the energy With that steady vibration, the river involuntarily melted into the righteous bosom of the Ocean.
Integrity in patience as deep as the Ocean!
There is no end point, just dip and sink in this patient water to reach the vastness, the expansion of the being and also the most tolerant. To be as profound as an expert, a scientist, a committed scholar, a compassionist…
Integrity is so simple, like breathing in and out, there is nowhere in your body as upright as breathing. Whether life is ups or downs, you still breathe. Whether life is happy or sad, you keep breathing. Whether silent or noisy, you breathe… Miraculously the breath never gives up on you, finding a loyal friend in all lands. Why not work together to make the other organs as righteous as the breath, that the heart still beats even if you are angry or scared, just follow the breath as natural as it is, that the brain loses all faith and still believes God and comes back with a natural, lifelike breath. Give your heart and mind to this breath. Give your heart and mind to this belief in integrity.
Because things are only temporary illusions, they do not last forever and what does exist is the circulation of the air within you, within human life. There is no hesitation in not meditating regularly with easy and thorough monitoring. You will then receive so many blessings from the Universe flowing down as you allow each righteousness to flow into your every breath and practice as naturally as possible.
The righteous will always be loyal, will stand shoulder to shoulder, stay in the center of the changing star, represent the truth. Therefore, Integrity is absolute truth! Do not accept any relativity, any half-heartedness. Faithful human beings, you will be protected by the divine! Loyal person, you deserve to be around other faithful people.
Say I’m integrity, I’m… then take the word “I” off dear friend that’s… is… integrity. That’s all!
Integrity is the absence of an ego, in an infinite moment the ego is completely reduced to include those selves who like to show their commitment, gloating in the praise of achievements or the weak ego that just goes on and on.
Promise but don’t do, just promise to do enough to pay off anyone’s debt. You are not here just to pay your debt, you need to transform your ego into a distant star that sparkles against the navy blue sky of dawn. No one pushed back and forth, continuing to stay in the high place day after night, shining in steadfastness.
Like when my heart promises that I will wake up at 5:00 am, that is the first integrity, but my mind says: wake up at 5:00 and then go to sleep, no one knows and you have not broken your promise. From here on after 5:00 am is the test of integrity to the fullest. Will you take 30 minutes of the new day to break through the laziness, discomfort, heaviness, closed eyelids to let the energy of integrity gradually flow into you.
At a critical point, people will develop to a new level, no longer having the old self and I have done it. I was fully awake to watch the beautiful dawn of a new day as I went beyond my commitments to my friends, beyond the finite truth in my heart, and discovered that “complete” integrity needed to be reflected through me in all areas of life in which I was engaged. These are trusting relationships, taking care of your family like you take care of yourself, loving people like you love yourself, practicing everything in mindfulness, integrity in every action and word. It should be a high degree of unity from the inside out, from top to bottom.
Integrity is the highest voluntariness! And now is your moment of ecstasy.
