✨ SERIES: THE ANSWER YOU'VE BEEN SEARCHING FOR YOUR WHOLE LIFE 🕊️
💬 The student asked
"When I begin to recognize the unconscious and negative words of others, I find myself easily affected. How can I maintain my flow and keep from being dragged down?"
🕊️ Master Oneness answered
Namaste,
It is good that you are recognizing.
This it’s a sign
your awareness is increasing.
You are already aware of the loop, and that itself is the beginning of transformation. Do not rush to become “perfect” in turning words. Language grows as awareness grows.
👉 This awareness is the very beginning of TransformingArt.
🌱 Do not rush to fix yourself – let your consciousness expand naturally.
Do not strive to be “perfect” in your speech or reactions.
Words cannot change before consciousness changes.
And consciousness always expands at its own divine rhythm.
If I were to provide you with a list of positive affirmations to replace them,
that would merely be behavioral conditioning, not an inner Awaken.
👉 Remember:
The true Master resides within you.
And only when you listen deeply enough will that Master reveal itself.
🧘♀️ A simple yet powerful practice
🌿 Step 1:
Every day, record:
-
The negative words you have spoken
-
Or the unconscious thoughts you recognize throughout the day
No judgment. Just witnessing.
🌿 Step 2:
Sit still.
Relax.
Breathe slowly.
Bring yourself into a state of stillness.
🌿 Step 3
Read those words again and ask yourself:
“Which words are the opposite and life-nourishing to this?”
Do not overthink.
Let the answer emerge naturally.
🌿 Step 4
Record all the words, feelings, or positive phrases that emerge.
✨ No need to fix yourself.
✨ No need to force yourself to “be better.”
✨ Simply observe and allow.
In time, your consciousness will expand on its own.
🌊 When you recognize… you are already in the process of TransformingArt.
You say that:
“During the conversation, I don’t realize it, but I see it afterward.”
This is not a failure.
It is a sign of growth.
Transformation does not happen in a single instant.
It unfolds like the tide – slow yet persistent.
🌱 Today, you realize after the event has passed.
🌱 Tomorrow, you will realize it a bit sooner.
🌱 Then, there will come a time when you realize it the moment it arises.
