There are people whose transformation, after several years, leaves you in utter awe. Samita is one of those souls.
Five years of service with Diviners, three journeys to the majestic Himalayas alongside Master Oneness—these are more than just numbers. They are testaments to a profound spiritual path, where a small ego gradually melts away to reveal a source of boundless love.
The most precious legacy: Experiences
“My greatest legacy is my experiences,” – Samita shared.
From the age of 17, crossing the ocean alone to study in the U.S. with a full scholarship at Macalester College, to age 22, traveling to 25 countries—Samita (also known as Jasmine), the “scholarship hunter” from American billionaires, never stopped searching for the true meaning of life.
But she eventually realized: “If we only travel without looking inward, it is a true waste.”
Ordinary travel often brings fleeting joy that fades into vague memories. But with awakened journeys, we don’t just bring back lessons etched in our hearts; we experience a shift in consciousness that transforms our entire perspective on life. We return not as our old selves, but as a new, more mature version.
Himalaya: Nơi tìm về bản chất thật
“Among the 25 countries I have visited, India holds a special place. Some may see it as dusty or poor, but for me, India is where I was most awakened. It is a place where masks are stripped away, where one finds their true nature and touches the depths of spiritual energy,” Sam says.
The Himalayan journey is never easy. This was Sam’s third time returning to these peaks, supporting Master Oneness in guiding the Vietnamese delegation through their practice. Photos of white snow cannot fully capture the bone-chilling cold, the thin air, or the precarious mountain passes.
On those challenging paths, Samita served as both a companion and a caregiver—tending to every meal, every sleep, and acting as the linguistic bridge for the group. This refinement through hardship helped her discover new depths of inner strength, learning to balance the conquest of peaks with the devotion of serving from the heart.
A five-year journey of transformation
Tam Bui, meeting Samita again after five years, shared:
“I still vividly remember your handshake years ago—your hands were so cold and thin. I kept that memory in my heart, feeling a deep tenderness for you. Meeting you today, I see a sense of ‘fullness’—both in your inner energy and your outward radiance. It must have been a long journey with immense effort for the ego to melt, allowing you to become the vibrant, fresh, and energetic person you are now. I have witnessed a truly beautiful transformation.”
These five years with Diviners and Master Oneness have empowered Sam not only to be herself but to expand her heart in service and love.
When the ego melts away
“Over time, I’ve come to understand that I am not the labels or titles others give me. I am the creator of my own reality,” Samita expressed.
Her journeys have washed away hesitation, self-doubt, and fear of the world. Sam broke through limiting beliefs, learning that: “Ask and it shall be given; knock and the door shall be opened.”
While accompanying Master Oneness in the Himalayas, serving the group amidst harsh weather, Sam learned the most precious lesson of all: When the ego becomes small, love grows large.
