Why do we humans always suffer? Because we always have desires to get or achieve something. We enjoy and cling to good and comfortable states. And when we are not satisfied, we fall into sadness, disappointment, and suffering. We want to run away from these things with resentment, complaint, and whining, the deeper we sink into this bottomless spiral.
This life is not designed to please us, but to help us upgrade our consciousness. If you refuse to face it and are not willing to step out of your comfort zone to break through it, you will sink into misery. If you are not satisfied with your current life, it shows that there is a problem that you need to work on, there is a lesson that you need to understand. The existence of each person is essentially a process of transformation and self-opening. When you are truly open, you feel the strong power within yourself to come out of your suffering and enjoy a truly meaningful life.
Some people think “your family’s story is different from mine, so I don’t see any problem here.” In fact, if we know about the problem but do not solve it, we are still stuck. Problem solving here doesn’t have to mean following someone, imitating someone. Some are experts in some areas, but that does not mean they can help you with everything. You need to rely on yourself, on your inner Master. It is the mirror that reflects you most clearly.
So how do we reflect within ourselves, how do we see the Master within us?
The answer is: We need a space of awareness, knowing how to question everything, knowing how to express everything. In this space, we accept everything as it is.
The fact that we observe our inner self through the practice of meditation is practical, rational, logical, unrelated to any religion.
We all breathe oxygen in this room, feel the sun… In our bodies, the internal organs work according to the same laws. Through meditation practice, we have time to reflect and realize that we are not strangers. It is our habit of looking at things through a personal lens that makes us see ourselves as different from others. And like that, there will be no trust, and we cannot share with each other.
Our aim here is to understand the root of suffering and to find a way to deal with it.
What we need is an ability to be aware, to observe ourselves objectively. Usually we identify ourselves with the problems we have, like I have this, I don’t have that. We need to learn to be objective about those things. It is only the problems, the conditions, the facts, it is not you, not identified with you. You need to understand this deeply. Only then can we immerse ourselves in the flow and transform.
When we help someone, we take pride in it and identify with that emotion. We are trapped in the ego. The ego limits you. Since then, we cannot see life with fresh, objective, vivid eyes.
Everyone has their own problems and sufferings, but why we need identify with them?
How to become more objective?
Meditation and mindfulness exist for that purpose. This is what the Buddha and the yogis give to humanity.
If we don’t cultivate the seed, we won’t have fruit trees. To get rid of problems we need to nourish ourselves first. We need to understand that all is temporary, all will pass.
Believe in yourself and be ready to commit and give your best in everything you are doing at the moment. Trust opens the door to awakening.
Observe within yourself and everything around you patiently.

If we don’t find the root of the problem but just identify (identify) us with the problem, we’re stuck with the problem.
Everyone who exists in this world has problems including tigers, deer… in the forest. What we need to do is not run away from the problem but solve the problem. See problems as tools to help us uncover ourselves.
The secret is that we can’t change everything immediately, but we can have the right understanding to master the situation. What we need is to understand that everything has a root cause. Knowing the root cause of your suffering can completely change your perspective. The pain you go through will become a blessing that gives you wisdom.
We cannot change our circumstances immediately through desires and expectations alone. If we keep trying to force ourselves, we will fall into even more suffering. When we still see suffering, we have not really learned the lessons from what has happened. We blame it on fate. But you know what? Fate only exists when you are not ready. When you’re ready, you’re in control of your destiny.
In short, if you have sufferings, the greater the suffering, the more power you have within. The more power you have within, the more likely you are to achieve great things in life. Great things help you to move, transform into your higher self. So, turn on your power switch!
