Many people shy away from waking up before sunrise, but for Helen Ngo Ha, the daily window from 4:45 AM to 6:00 AM has become a sacred inner space.
After one year of walking alongside Master Oneness, Helen no longer practices only for herself. She has stepped into her role as a leader of the TransformingArt and a volunteer serving unconditionally within the Diviners Movement.
With steady devotion, Helen facilitates early-morning practice circles. Witnessing her consistency, we feel a quiet yet unwavering strength — a grounded energy that continues to grow day by day.
⛰️ When Passion finds new Life
What makes Helen truly special is the way she weaves art into every breath of daily life.
No longer confined by old definitions, she has expanded into her role as a personal stylist, helping others reconnect with confidence and their authentic beauty.
From creative accessory workshops and eco-conscious clothing exchanges, to the careful wrapping of small gifts or the gentle handling of the book “Messages from Stillness” — everywhere we look, we see Helen’s attentiveness, refinement, and deep compassion.
🌸 A wonderful Mother with Min
Helen’s journey alongside her five-year-old son Min has inspired countless mothers.
Mother and son walk as true companions — exploring landscapes from Loc Nam in Lam Dong to Ca Mau and Phu Yen, and sharing moments of presence and awareness at Diviners Fest Da Nang.
Her energy of transformation extends into her family as well, gently connecting her sister from Hanoi to Vung Tau to practice and grow together.
