On the afternoon of December 31, 2025, over 60 souls gathered at Hoang Hac Gia Trang (Thong Nhat, Dong Nai) during the sacred transition from the year of the Wood Snake to the Wood Horse. This was no ordinary New Year’s celebration, but a journey back to the self—a sanctuary where each individual was embraced in a space of mindfulness and unconditional love.
✨ Purification and Rejuvenation – The Dawn of a Transformative Journey
Unlike typical New Year celebrations filled with fireworks and revelry, this meditation festival offered a profound transformative experience rather than mere entertainment. From the mindfulness booths, each participant embraced artistic inspiration within an environment that nurtured awareness health. The atmosphere was permeated with a spirit of openness, non-judgment, and non-comparison, where every soul was free to explore and transform.
🎨 TransformingArt – When the Body Becomes the Language of the Soul
In the afternoon, the space vibrated with spontaneous transformative arts. Everyone danced and sang together, connecting with their bodies and colors through therapy painting. It was a moment where barriers were dissolved and hesitations overcome to explore and nurture the fresh energy within.
"Through the vibrant essence of TransformingArt—encompassing dance, body painting, spontaneous chanting, contemplation, and meditation—participants were led into profound realms of experience. Each individual was invited to explore the boundless horizons of their creativity and engage in collective artistic expression. Above all, they were empowered to embrace their authentic selves within a sanctuary of unfettered freedom and unconditional love."
✍️Meditation of Connection – Rewriting Your Own Story
In the silence of the moment, everyone was invited to write down deep reflections on the past year and aspirations for the new one. This was not about making a list of goals, but a journey of looking inward and asking: “What will I do in the new year to live more fully and mindfully?”
The stories shared were deeply moving and sincere. People spoke of newfound creativity and the joy of being themselves in a non-judgmental space. They spoke of the fears that had long held them captive and their resolve to face them in the coming year.
🔥 Connecting with Fire – Lessons on Faith and the Wildness of Nature
As night fell, the fire was kindled—not merely as a physical light source but as a symbol of transformation. Master Oneness led everyone into a profound lesson on connecting with nature: “Without nature, wealth is meaningless. Practice connecting deeply with the fire; welcome the new year with a new state of being.”
He emphasized that we are not slaves to the mind. In a volatile world where natural disasters can strike at any moment, those who succumb to panic and fear will lose their power of survival. Conversely, those who know how to connect with nature and trust their inner natural wisdom will possess a strength far beyond mere intellect.
“Practice stepping out of your comfort zone,” he said. “Approach the wild side of nature. When the sun is scorching, when the fire is fierce—in the future, when facing disasters from climate change—be ready for anything. Fear does not help you survive. Only faith helps you survive. Fear may keep you safe, but it does not help you transform and awaken.”
🛡️Transvending Fear – Expanding the Zone of Inner Growth
One of the most profound messages of the evening centered on facing our fears. Master Oneness shared:
- “You do not need to mimic experts to achieve excellence. In the face of disaster, if you remain calm, your innate wisdom will flourish. Fear is but an animal instinct; however, humans possess the capacity to transcend the state of fear.”
Rather than demanding an immediate escape from fear, the Master encouraged us to grant ourselves the opportunity to embrace the raw wildness of nature.
- “Do not navigate your life through the lens of fear; learn to trust in nature. True care stems from faith—like a mother’s trust in her child. When you see a child climbing and fear they might fall, instead of projecting panic, ask them: ‘Can you ensure your own safety?’”
- He encouraged everyone to practice deep inquiry and attentive listening:
- “Is this fear serving as my protector, or has it been my captor all this time?”
And the key to confronting fear lies here:
- “Others have walked into the darkness before you; you are equally capable. Seek the company of those who are fearless. The deeper your trust, the greater your strength.”
Regarding the nurturance of the next generation, he shared:
- “Raise children on a foundation of faith, not fear, and they will emerge as the leaders of the world.”
☯️ Love and Trust – Two Sides of the Same Coin
“One of the most profound lessons explored the inextricable bond between love and trust. ‘Love and faith are but two sides of the same coin,’ Master Oneness shared. ‘Place your trust in nature, and have absolute faith in your own choices.’
The Master invited everyone to spend one or two hours immersing themselves in the heat and cold of the elements, facing the wildness of the fire to awaken their inner intuition and natural wisdom. “By confronting the wild side of nature, you will gain immense wisdom. Nature asks for no fee, yet it offers lessons far deeper than those found in any book.”
The Master also shared his experience of sleeping in the forest and allowing mosquitoes to bite: “Though you might return feeling ill, you will return with a higher power—like a superhuman.” He then drew a parallel to famous films: “In any movie where the protagonist triumphs, they must endure immense suffering before their breakthrough. It is precisely that struggle that makes the story compelling.”
“Being ill is not a misfortune; it is simply a journey to become stronger,” the Master emphasized. “If Jesus had not been crucified, the story would not be so compelling. The Buddha let go of everything. Life is not easy, but it is precisely those difficulties that make life interesting.”
Nature Is Not Just Trees – Learning to Communicate with Humans
Master Oneness expanded the definition of nature: nature is not just trees, earth, or air… it is also human beings. “When you are ready, natural wisdom will activate,” he said. “However, we need the right environment. If you surround yourself with people full of fear and anxiety, you will mirror that energy. Seek a mindful community and adventurous experiences to connect and grow.”
🧘♀️ The Five Elements and Fire Meditation – Praying to Burn Away the Limited Ego
During the 15-minute fire connection meditation, everyone was guided to communicate with the five elements of nature. “Let us commune with the five natural elements,” the Master said. “Please burn away my limited ego.”
Water 💧 brings flexibility.
Earth 🌱 is the nurturing mother.
Space 🌌
Air 🌬️ is always in motion.
Each person was invited to pray for these natural qualities to flourish within them.
“Old mind, old karma. New mind, new horizons,” the Master spoke. “Let go of the heavy burdens. The more you release, the more fully you can welcome 2026 with total faith. Let us grow together with faith and hope. Hope leads to effort, and eventually, everything will be manifested.”
❤️ Heart Wisdom – The Inner Teacher
Heart wisdom is our true teacher. “The teacher within is the divinity within each of us,” Master Oneness shared. “Wealth and abundance are here and now, in every single heartbeat.”
“Learn to accept both the beautiful and the ugly, and embrace nature exactly as it is,” he continued. This is a reminder to live fully in reality—without escaping and without denial.
✨ Master Oneness – A 10-Year Journey with Vietnam
In a deeply moving session, Master Oneness expressed his profound gratitude toward Vietnam and its people after 10 years of companionship. With a voice filled with emotion, he shared that he is immensely grateful for this land and the people here.
Through years of practice and inner contemplation, he realized that spirituality is sometimes turned into an abstract concept, and many seek meditation as a way to escape reality. However, that is not the true path.
He emphasized: “True spiritual practice is the courage to face life’s challenges with grace and mindfulness. It is the ability to speak the truth from your deepest essence, a belief in intuition, and total trust in each person’s unique life journey.”
The Master shared the journey of turning TransformingArt into a movement: “It started as a small snowball, and now it is growing over time. When you want to help others, don’t overthink it—just do it.”
Currently, TransformingArt is being researched in collaboration with universities. It is scientific in nature and built upon a solid scientific foundation. He emphasized: “Abundance is here and now. Master your own unconscious. I am always present and walking beside you.”
🌱 Rebirth – Like a Newborn Child
“Every New Year is an opportunity for rebirth, like a newborn child,” Master Oneness shared in his final message before the arrival of the new year. “Where there is ego, there is suffering. Let go of the old and welcome the new with awareness, mindfulness, abundance, and prosperity.”
For 2026, the Master offered specific suggestions for living in harmony with nature:
Reduce screen time on phones.
Spend time contemplating nature.
Minimize plastic use.
Live more environmentally friendly.
Final Message – Be the One Who Loves Yourself the Most
As New Year’s Eve approached, a powerful message was sent to everyone—a reminder of self-love and the power of readiness:
“How do you wish to live an elegant, graceful, and healthy life? As long as you are ready, the universe will conspire to help you. You are the only one who can love yourself the most in the way you desire, and you are the one who cares for yourself the most.”
“You cannot give the world what you do not have,” the reminder echoed through the New Year’s Eve air. “Let self-love nourish you, and from there, radiate miracles to the world you live in.”
This is a reminder that the journey of transformation always begins from within. When we learn to love and care for ourselves properly, that positive energy will naturally radiate, touching and changing the lives of those around us.
The first day of the 2026 New Year Meditation Festival at Hoang Hac Gia Trang concluded with over 60 hearts touched and 60 souls ignited. This was not merely an event, but the dawn of a profound transformation, where each person could return to their own spiritual home.
Amidst the blazing fire and the resonance of song, everyone stepped into the New Year of the Wood Horse 2026 with love, faith, and awakening. No longer slaves to fear, they emerged as adventurers on a journey of self-discovery and connection with the inner wild nature.
Less fear, more faith. Fewer comfort zones, more growth. Ready for a new year filled with miracles and transformation.
