Day 93: The dynamics of difficulty – Message from Master Oneness

Balancing is difficult

Good is easy

Doing bad is easy

But balancing both is difficult

Doing right is easy

Doing wrong is easy

But Balancing both is difficult

Expression is easy

Not expressing easy

But balancing both is difficult

Helping other is easy

Not helping others easy

But balancing both is difficult

Having is easy,

Not having is also easy

But living a between both is a difficult

Balance is always difficult,

A thin line between everything.

The ease of good and bad we know,

But balance is where we struggle to go,

The right and wrong both pull us close,

And balance is where we find repose.

To express or not to express,

The struggle we know is not less,

For words can hurt or words can bless,

And balance is where we find progress.

To help or not to help,

The line between both makes us yelp,

For sometimes we need to think for ourselves,

And balance is where we find our help.

To have or not to have,

The struggle we know is not half,

For finding balance is the only salve,

And balance is where we find our path. Balance is always difficult, a thin line between everything.

Life is full of contrasts and complexities, and finding balance in the midst of them is always challenging

It’s easy for you to do good or bad, to express or not to express, to help or not to help, to have or not to have. But finding the sweet spot in between is what requires true skill and wisdom.

Balancing the polarities of life requires conscious effort and a deep understanding of yourself and others. It requires an ability to navigate the thin line between opposing forces and find a way to harmonize them. It’s a delicate dance that requires you to be aware of your own biases, fears, and desires, as well as those of the people around you.

The struggle to find balance is universal and ongoing, and it is through this struggle that you grow and evolve as an individual. It’s in the moments of tension and discomfort that you discover your true strength and resilience. It’s in the moments of imbalance that you learn to adapt and find new ways of being in the world.

There are many examples in life where finding balance and walking the thin line between opposing forces is necessary.

Here are a few examples:

  • Work-life balance: In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in work and neglect other areas of life. On the other hand, too much focus on personal life can also lead to neglecting career goals. It’s important for you to find a balance between the two by prioritizing and managing time effectively.
  • Healthy lifestyle: Eating a balanced diet and exercising regularly are important for physical health, but it’s also important for you to indulge in moderation and enjoy life’s pleasures. Striking a balance between healthy habits and indulgences is key.
  • Relationships: In any relationship, there can be conflicts and differences, and finding a balance between compromise and standing up for yourself is crucial. Too much compromise can lead to resentment, while too much assertion can lead to conflict.
  • Emotions: You all experience a range of emotions, from joy and love to anger and sadness. It’s important for you to acknowledge and express your emotions, but also to regulate them and find a balance between expressing and suppressing them.

  • Prioritize: Determine what is most important to you in different areas of your life and prioritize accordingly. Make time for the things that matter most and learn to say no to things that don’t align with your priorities.
  • Set boundaries: Establish clear boundaries in relationships and other areas of life to prevent burnout and resentment. Communicate these boundaries clearly and consistently.
  • Practice self-care: Take care of yourself physically, emotionally, and mentally. This can include things like exercise, Arts,  meditation, therapy, and hobbies.
  • Seek support: Connect with others who can support and encourage you on your journey towards balance. This can be friends, family, a therapist, Master, or a conscious communities. 
  • Embrace imperfection: Remember that finding balance is a journey, not a destination. It’s okay for you to make mistakes and experience setbacks along the way. Embrace imperfection and keep moving forward with a growth mindset.

In summary, finding balance and walking the thin line between opposing forces requires conscious effort, self-awareness, and an ability to prioritize and set boundaries. By practicing self-care, seeking support, and embracing imperfection, you can navigate the challenges of life with greater ease and resilience.
