Living Unconsciously is the root cause of all suffering and chaos in the world
There are tons of crisis in the world: job crisis, homelessness crisis, economic crisis, global warming, girls and woman trafficking, drugs and health crisis, war and pandemics crisis, crimes, suicides, ugly competitions and unethical businesses.
For every chaos, there is one and only reason: unconsciousness.
Sports and adventurous activities
When you miss having sports and adventures in your life, you will miss your enthusiastic spirit
When you spend lots of time only in mental activity in front of the computer, you will accumulate a lot of information. Your subconscious brain processes 11 million bits of information every second. But your conscious mind can handle only 40 to 50 bits of information a second. So, when you are only with mental activity your brain will become overwhelmed with all subconscious accumulations. That’s why many people are emotionally weak. They will miss having emotional intelligence over their anger and frustrations.
Sport and playfulness are very essential to engaging your body and mind in a physical activity where your brain produces feel-good chemicals such as Endorphins which help your body and mind to recover from tension and stress and gives you optimistic thinking.
Childrens are always optimistic and enthusiastic just because they are less engaged in intellectual spending and more playful.
Childhood is the most beautiful thing, we play all the time, playfulness improves our cognitive functions. After you grow, become busy in the competition world. When you become intellectually busy, may your emotions and feelings be trapped in the same routines.
No matter how busy you are, take time to play with your children and family members. When the whole family engages in some sports and adventurous activities on a weekly basis, that family’s mental health will be far better than any other family who lives a routine life.
Your body and mind are a mechanism of habits, what you constantly do that will become your habit, most of the sickness of your body and mind are tied to your unhealthy habits.
That’s why you need to focus on replacing your unhealthy habit with healthy habits by engaging in sport and adventure activities.
Football, volleyball, martial arts, mountain climbing, swimming, walking into forest,
Tree climbing, gardening, some kind of labor work in nature, whatever it is, has great health benefits.
Remember you will be physically fit and healthy when you do more physical activity.
You need to check how you are engaging your body in physical activities. If you think it’s less, that’s the reason you have overwhelming thoughts and thinking.


Engage in sports and adventure activities:
- Join some sports clubs or create your own interesting sports team
- Create a team and practice dancing together, playing together
- Bring your family and friends trekking and spend the night in tents, every few months, your child will have a great experience and they will improve their emotional intelligence.
- Often participating in adventurous activities, spending time, energy, and money on an adventure is far better than commercial entertainment.
