True richness is the person who is able to grow all his food and become 100% sustainable.
The ecosystem is the core base of sustainability. The moment a human breaks the ecosystem because of any circumstances, it will become unbalanced. The countdown will start to attract pandemics, diseases, disasters, and crises.
Commercial trading and human lazy habits are affecting the ecosystem.
Many humans lost the knowledge of living unconditionally with nature and the ecosystem.
Your birthright:
To have water for free.
Soil for free.
Healing for free.
and natural medicine and food for free!
But, many people in the world don’t have any idea to grow their own food and have clean water without buying it. They always depend on supply and demand. They are not aware that someone is controlling their food chain.
Until you learn how to grow your own food and use the biotechnology of composting;
Your life is always controlled by someone. This is because food and medicine are always the main aspects of human life.
Your food is your medicine.
When your food disturbs your body’s health, that is survival food.
It’s said “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food”
The one who buys all his food from the supermarket is living in survival because he doesn’t have control over his food. He doesn’t have a proper idea of what ingredients are mixed in his food. If he wants to investigate, he needs to read the label in detail. He may find out some parts of it are chemicals added. Many people don’t have any idea what those means. Even if they are lazy to read to see what is mixed in their food.
Going with survival habits is some people’s habit.
Of course, that doesn’t mean you shouldn’t trade the food. ( Buy and Sell)
But at least 50% to 80%, you must grow your own food, and the remaining sources you can buy.
You may apply 80/20
80% of food should be grown and 20% from the market.
That will be a sustainable and effective life.
True richness is the person who is able to grow all his food.
Having money is not richness,
Having the ability to grow your food is richness and perfect sustainability.
Growing your own food and exchanging it with neighbors must become a movement.
Growing your food and becoming sustainable, according to your needs, is not a survival skill, it’s an essential skill.
Survival means the one who is dependent on something.
We start to see in detail modern life is survival. For example, we depend on the supermarket for our food.
If they increase the price we can’t do anything about it. We must follow the crowd.
Isn’t this survival?
When you are alone you feel so bored, you need a movie or TV show.
If you don’t have any exciting movies, tv shows, or any entertainment you can’t come out of your loneliness.
Isn’t this survival?
If you don’t take alcohol or sleeping pills you can’t sleep nor be calm. You are in stress and have some kind of mental illness
Isn’t this survival?
Modern comforts are a new way of survival.
You don’t know how to heal your own body. When you have a symptom, you immediately run to the hospital and keep dozens of pharmaceutical medicines in your home.
Isn’t it survival?
Any kind of dependency is a survival life.
If you are dependent, it means you don’t have essential skills.
So, what’s the big deal if you have currency savings in your bank account?
Anyways, that money is controlled by the government. The food supply chain is controlled by corporations. Your skills are controlled by commercial jobs. Your family drama controls your life. You are always controlled by something and you hate it! That’s why you have stress and mental illness.
So this chaotic life cycle is unbalanced and already went so far from the ecosystem and sustainability.
You are not here to survive, but are here to live life to the fullest! It’s possible when you are able to align with nature’s ecosystem.
Growing your own food, and having your own water and facilities are not survival skills but essential skills.
In nature, everything can be composted including humanure and every compost will become nutrition to the soil and plant life. What a great cycle. Nothing is wasted.
When there is no waste, it becomes the greatest civilization.
It seems we humans are not civilized yet. We are just industrialized and commercialized, but have not truly become civilized and transformed.
When we see 5-star hotels, skyscrapers, infrastructure, multinational companies, industries, hospital systems, and technologies that send us to Mars; this all looks like we are evolving a lot and it appears like we are civilized when in fact not yet.
Nature’s ecosystem is missing, Living life to the fullest is missing, and a healthy lifestyle is missing. Our generation harms nature more than our ancestor’s generations.
Homelessness and polluted rivers in every country are other perfect examples.
If this is called ‘Civilization’, that name must be a Commercial civilization. Not a life’s civilization.
Just because societies don’t have essential skills is the reason the world population suffers from hunger and homelessness.
Revert the Sustainable Life:
- Grow your own food. Let your gardens and terraces become your food banks.
- Only create and renovate your home with locally made and recyclable materials
- If you need to buy things only buy from the local market not from the supermarket.
- Take time to learn how to build mud houses or with any natural materials.
- Practice composting with all kitchen waste and including humanure.
- Composting is the most essential technology that everyone must master rather than mobile technology in one’s hand.
Be your own labourer, do the self-help to fix any problems in your home, that keeps your body and mind healthy. Don’t always depend on outside labourers. Encourage your children to learn all essential skills. Don’t let them waste their time at school and college. Nowadays most school children hang with mobile games but don’t have an idea about how to compost. It’s a tragedy for the sake of comfort.
Hope for a great civilization is that every family and community must become self-sufficient.
