Creating anything is possible, there’s no doubt about it. However, those who want to manifest or create something need to align their body, mind, intelligence, soul, and spirit in the same focus.
As the saying goes, “where focus goes, energy flows.” This means that whatever you put your energy into will manifest in your life. Every time you think, contemplate, research, or take action, you’re consuming your energy towards a specific goal.
Unfortunately, many people waste their energy on surface-level entertainment and temporary pleasures, thinking that it will bring them freedom. But true freedom is often misunderstood, and people end up regretting their choices because they couldn’t manifest what they really wanted and also many people find themselves constantly caught up in stress, sadness, and worries. They become victims of their own negative thoughts and unconsciously seek sympathy from others to feel better. However, they are not aware of how much time they waste on things that are already in the past, and they miss out on the healing energy and the right focus on the present moment.
To avoid this, it’s essential to be mindful of where you focus your time and energy. By aligning your energy towards your goals and plans, you can manifest the things you need to live a fulfilling life.
Diversion and distraction:
Imagine you have a goal of writing a book, but you find yourself constantly distracted by social media, TV shows, or other people’s opinions.
