Another season of joyful and contemplative silent retreat has come to an end at Diviners Ashram.
“Although I have been practicing meditation for a long time, I did not really understand or feel deeply about it. Through Master Oneness’s easy-to-understand examples, I have a better understanding of the practical benefits of meditation and silence. I will continue to practice continuously for the next 21 days.”
Mindfulness in every action helps me to be whole with everything I touch. I can taste each type of food in my mouth, the beauty of each grapefruit segment, the difference in temperature and taste of the water I drink, I can hear the cicadas, insects, birds, the smell of the earth, I can feel my hair and skin in a new and loving way.
“The Master shared that: you give advice to this person and that person, and then there will come a time when the universe will send you a lesson to solve. And I’m also going through that, so I find it very true. Only then can I understand if I have really matured and understood myself better.”
“I am a religious person, but when I listened to the Master’s sharing, I understood how to practice spirituality in an easy and interesting way. It is simply about exploring yourself and unlocking your greatest potential.”

“When I came to this retreat, for the first time I sat for so long, my legs were numb and felt like they were being stung by bees. I had thoughts of giving up, but thanks to the Master’s sharing that ‘Pain is an inevitable part of life, and in meditation, we learn to face it gently and accept it. In meditation, comfort comes not only from avoiding suffering, but also from understanding and accepting all states of being’, I suddenly realized that I had always tried to avoid all suffering and the things I considered negative in life, but I had never really dared to face it. Thank you Master”
“I have practiced Vipassana meditation before, but what I practiced here is really different, very wonderful. It is both profound and fun. I hope that many young people like me can get to know such Retreats.”
“The subtle lines between things that seem to be the same but are not, from Master Oneness’s sharing, really helped me to realize the very subtle things inside my mind. The mind games that the Master described in such detail made me feel like he could read my mind.”
“This is my second Silent Meditation Retreat at Diviners. And each Retreat I always feel refreshed. The Master’s message is always up-to-date, very engaging and relevant to each audience, at each time. After this trip, I am even more eager to prepare for the upcoming Himalaya Retreat with the Master, even though I just went on the ShivaBudha trip with the Master at the end of last year.”
These are the feelings of the students in the recent Silent Meditation Retreat. After three days of diligent practice, there were those who were determined to continue the journey of self-understanding and transformation through regular meditation practice, there were those who had their faith in themselves and the arrangement of the universe reinforced by focusing on the right actions to create good results rather than just hoping, and there were also those who promised to return to Diviners Ashram soon to serve others, to build a conscious environment for themselves and for the world.
Namaste!
