TransformingArt Round 2 with Master Oneness
Reprogramming the subconscious mind
TransformingArt is a practice that combines the energy of improvisation in art and the energy of awareness in meditation.
Through the practice of different exercises in improvisation and mindfulness, you will be able to release emotional blocks and liberate yourself, helping you to recognize your true self and master your body and mind.
In the first round of TransformingArt (TA), we learned how to work with our subconscious mind. TA 1 is a way to recognize and break down unconscious behaviors to escape from the mind of suffering and anxiety, and thereby experience freedom and inner peace.
In the second round, we will learn how to reprogram the subconscious mind by going through challenges to grow in integrity and purification. Why do we need this? Because 90% of our actions are based on instincts that are determined by the subconscious, not by the conscious. Only when the subconscious supports 100% of the choices of the conscious, can you achieve everything you want effortlessly!
There are many courses on this field, but most of them are through the process of acquiring knowledge and mental progress. Only when we go through a process deeper than knowledge, can we experience Purification at the soul level. This is a unique experience only available at Diviners under the guidance of Master Oneness.

The Tools of the TransformingArt Round 2
A. Free Flow Yoga
B. Conscious Imagery & Visualization Method
C. Awaken Drama Therapy
D. Anapanasati Meditation and Mindfulness Meditation Techniques with Insights from Master Oneness.
Free flow Yoga: is a type of yoga that is characterized by its fluid and improvisational nature. It is a great way to explore your body and mind, and to connect with your breath.
In free flow yoga, you will move through a series of poses that are connected by your breath. You will be guided by your intuition and your body’s needs. There are no set sequences or poses, so you can be creative and express yourself.
Free flow yoga can be a challenging but rewarding practice. It can help you to improve your flexibility, strength, and balance. It can also help you to reduce stress, improve your mood, and connect with your inner peace.
Conscious Imagery & Visualization Method:
Conscious imagery and visualization is a technique that uses the power of your imagination to create change. It can be used to improve your physical health, mental health, and emotional well-being.
There are many different ways to practice conscious imagery and visualization. One common approach is to focus on a specific goal or intention. You can then create a mental image of yourself achieving that goal. You can also use visualization to help you relax or to reduce stress.
Conscious imagery and visualization can be a powerful tool for creating change in your life. It can help you to achieve your goals, to improve your health, and to live a more fulfilling life.
Singing improvisation anytime, anywhere, immerse yourself in the deepest flow of improvisation, expand yourself more, be more aware of your mood mastery.
Awaken Drama Therapy to explore inner emotions and understand the aspects of relationships.
Deeply celebrate life through dance, share practical experiences, and discuss important issues.

Eligibility for the second round of the TransformingArt (TA) program: those who have participated in the first round of TA and have practiced seriously for 21 days, including a 100% vegetarian practice.
Please note: If you have taken TA1 at least 3 months ago, you need to review and practice for at least 21 days before coming to TA2 to best prepare for the deeper, more intense practice process at TA2. Be prepared with an open mind and go beyond your limited mind to practice quality and fully receive the transformative value. And also do not bring any of your friends to practice together. Because the presence of a complete newcomer will not support you in going deeper into the process of exploring our own selves. The second round of TA also includes a commitment to practice for 21 days after the course to qualify for the third round of TA.
