The Heal & Celeb Vegan Restaurant welcomed the beginning of the week with a burst of fresh energy. The evening was filled with impromptu singing and inspiring stories of transformation shared by students of the TransformingArt (TA) program.
20 students gathered in the intimate meditation room on the fourth floor of Heal & Celeb to share the transformative practices that have brought positive change to themselves and their families.
With over 6 years of experience practicing the TA, Funia shared how the practice of Impromptu Singing and Dancing helped her deeply learn the lesson of acceptance and heal from insomnia after 8 years.
Florence Nga shared that she deeply connected with the practice of Expressive Therapy and the exercise of transforming negative self-talk into positive self-talk. Thanks to that, she realized the unconscious patterns in her communication with her child and appreciated the presence of abundance in life much more.

Master Oneness shared profound principles and subtle unconscious patterns in life that we can recognize and break through by skillfully applying the TA exercises.
“We often know many things we should do to improve our lives, but we rarely apply them due to the lack of support from the practice environment. That’s why we often go to the gym. Even if you have the knowledge and know how to exercise, it is still very difficult to maintain it consistently. Therefore, let’s build a supportive environment for your transformation process.”
Even the most basic materials can be transformed into beautiful and useful objects by a creative person. The value of these objects is multiplied many times over. Therefore, creativity can bring you prosperity. And creativity is not something that you only express after graduating from university, but rather when you are completely carefree, free, and comfortable expressing yourself.
Some people are very free, but they don’t focus on creating anything new. And there are also people who always work very hard, but they think too much and worry about whether people will accept it, so they are limited and blocked.
Therefore, we need to allow ourselves to express freely and also put our efforts in the right direction to create good things.
When you do that, you will not be blocked by your mind and you will be able to connect with the key inside you.
How to know if you have connected with your inner source?
That is when a problem arises, you will smile instead of complaining. You ask yourself what we can upgrade from this situation.
There is always energy inside you, you just need to know how to activate it.
Stop thinking about luck or bad luck, because when you have this thought, you will be afraid of what will happen outside. So what should we do?
Firstly, play innocently like a child. This is also known as thinking outside the box. Don’t judge anyone, and your mind will stop thinking so much. You will no longer feel any difference in freedom whether you are in a crowd or in the forest. So don’t judge anyone, and don’t speculate or worry about anyone judging you.

- Next is about your mind/spirit: it is about going deep into your state of mind, understanding the conditions of your mind, your beliefs, and becoming aware of the unconscious patterns you are following. You become clear about what no longer supports you in becoming the best version of yourself,
When talking about Diviners, there are two important values: TransformingArt (TA) and the Awakening Festival.
When we talk about life, don’t just think about what’s going on with your life, you’ll only see problems. But if you look out with the processes of nature, the universe, you will realize wonderful things. We need to approach creatively the things around us. If there is someone who makes you feel uncomfortable, find the root cause, instead of avoiding, getting angry or complaining about them. By applying creativity, you can communicate consciously to identify healthy boundaries and transform the relationship. Even when someone judges you, you don’t get caught up in uncomfortable or hurt feelings. Unconsciousness is when we think that it is because of them that we feel so uncomfortable. At that time, we may want to run away from them, get angry with them or even believe in what they say about us. This means that you are being affected by the judgment of others. That feeling arises not because of someone’s actions but because it is present within you. You need to take responsibility for whatever emotions arise within you.
It is easy to blame others, but be calm to visualize the situation objectively so that you can focus on transformation. But if you run away every time you encounter a problem, how long will you run away? That is why there are people who often fall into a state of confusion and disorientation. If you continue to live and act instinctively and mechanically according to habit, then today, tomorrow or 10 years from now, you will still be the same old person. Always remind yourself: “I am responsible for my own emotions”.
Remember: you have many opportunities to apply the TA in all aspects of your life to become fresh.
The next thing is to believe in yourself, that you can solve any problem that comes your way. If you don’t believe in yourself, who will? If you don’t support yourself, who will? When you have faith, no matter what challenges life throws your way, you will not get lost or stuck.
Even if you haven’t succeeded, you don’t think you’re a failure.
Even if you don’t have a lover yet, you don’t feel lonely.
Even if things don’t go your way, you understand that you are in progress. You are grateful for the problems that give you the opportunity to become a stronger and better version of yourself.
Then, you will be very peaceful, you will enjoy this life very much.

And to support the sustainable practice process, to achieve the highest quality of transformation for the community of Transformational Art students, the Diviners team will open up weekly practice spaces as follows
1. Meditation practice for everyone: Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM every Wednesday
2. TransformingArt Practice, for students of TA Round 1 from 2 times or more, or have participated for the first time and participated in weekly meditation for at least 4 consecutive times.
Time: 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM every Thursday.
3. Monthly online practice with the international awakening community (English)
Time: To be announced.
