A Leader is a person who creates alignment in his/her team to have sustainable results and bring back benefits to everyone effortlessly.
- The apprentice Leader
- Managing Leader
- Visionary Leader
- The creator
1.The apprentice leader:
The one who can take responsibility on his/her own, but without proper guidance can’t handle everything. He/she also doesn’t know how to take keen support from resources and put everything interconnected and drive the workflow efficiently. They feel overwhelmed when things change or any extra challenges and will mess up with everything. They will be trapped by work in front of their eyes, but can’t see the big picture. How come this workflow brings the ultimate result? They can’t see the big picture through the current workflow and are not able to communicate keenly with teammates.
They can’t command their employees or assistants in a productive direction. They will often fall into others’ domination and can’t be on point and waste lots of time discussing a solution.
Qualities and Values:
They are still leaders because they are honest, transparent, enthusiastic, they are empathetic and optimistic. They are all ready to take leadership even if they don’t have any skills on how to be a leader.
But being an apprentice leader is great to start the journey of challenging your potential.
You need a challenge, without challenging your potential never unfolds.
How to handle an apprentice leader:
Don’t give them a multi-task if you don’t have availability to guide them.
Let them maintain a task list and journal to reflect their quality of leadership.
Encourage them to learn from their mistakes and prepare them to not make the same mistakes again.
Apprentice leaders can’t self-evaluate accurately but they will pretend like they can do it, be aware to monitor closely. They may not be able to do things as they exhibit their confidence.
2. The managing leader:
Can handle the current workflow effectively but anyways not able to see the big picture clearly like a visionary. They are good at creating systematic structures to assign tasks and analyze the whole workflow and are well-communicative. They are aware of how the current work can affect the final results.
They will also get confused with changes and get offended by things when it is not going according to their structure. Usually, they are very good when everything goes according to the structure. This is how many corporate management leaders handle things.
Qualities and Values:
Transparent, well aware of their position or roles, great at assigning tasks, able to fix problems immediately, critical thinkers, great at team building and communication. Skillful in making systems and structures.
How to Handle managing leaders:
From time to time validate the effectiveness of their structures and guide them if there is anything required to update according to vision manifestation.
Often discuss with them and give them clarity on what the bigger picture of the vision is and how they can contribute to the manifestation of the vision. The more they understand the vision the better they will create the most updated system and structures that help for a smooth workflow.
3. Visionary leader:
The person who can see the pieces of work or information in the big picture.
A visionary knows very well how to connect the dots and pieces for higher possibilities. Never gets confused, overwhelmed, or disconnected by any changes or challenges.
Visionaries are very adaptable to any kind of unexpected changes and can inspire and express. A visionary can attract all levels of support and know how to use things productively.
Even a visionary doesn’t have experience or skills in particular things, but a visionary can create extensions to work for him/her.
A visionary is great at building trust and inspiring individuals to support him/her.
Qualities and values:
Great at Integrity, Adventurous spirit, the master of expression, the inspirer towards unknown paths, higher level execution, master in resourcefulness and sustainability.
Creator:
He/she is a true game changer. They are beyond any existential reality.
Never controlled by emotions and affections. They express themselves from the core of their soul and can face any terrible conflict with so ease. Even death can’t make them fear. They don’t mind any fears. They simply do things until something reveals itself.
The creator is the master of all leadership qualities. He/she creates the rules and he/she is the one who can break the rules. The creator literally speaks and acts from the source of energy. his /her life reflected the essence of god. He/She is unstoppable.
All inventions, expansions, and creations happen through the creator’s energy.
Qualities and Values:
Embedded into god’s energy, fearless actions, act from the core of their soul, they manifest things at any cost and under any circumstances. The master of critical thinking can shift any negative energy around them into higher possibility with very ease.
The journey (process) of a leader is not to be bossy on your assistants.
A leader literally means one who can work and execute from his fullest potential.
Those who don’t have leadership qualities are survival beings. They only live life just to survive and be self-comforting. (eat, sleep and have sex)
Leaders constantly challenge themselves and allow them into the evaluation of consciousness.
There are 2 different dimensions (realms) in leadership.
- Who is physically driven and uses their potential in the manifestation of the physical ( commercial) world. They work for productivity and growth.
- The one who is spiritually driven and manifests things that help live a conscious life, they handle things beyond productivity and growth but wholeness and a holistic approach. Spiritual leaders do all their effort to bring harmony between nature and human lifestyle.
Our world has tons of commercially driven leaders. But we need more spiritually-driven leaders. Because the world needs to move in a balanced way.
For example, now we have thousands of Negative news channels in the world,
Imagine how many news channels we have that only telecast 100% positive news.
We have millions of toxic drugs in the medical system,
But how many natural medicines do we have to support the ecosystem?
The world is overwhelmingly competitive and commercial, and a lot is going on,
But spiritually driven activities which are well-being, wholeness, and holistic approach are very less, and that’s why the world is not quite balanced.
So, we need more spiritual leaders to drive the resources of the world into wholeness.
